The Best.
We enjoyed every second of our stay. Very friendly and helpful people and the Chef and his Girls in the Restaurant are lovely people. Nothing to find fault with at all.

2 night stay
Hotel is about 15mins walk from kawaguchiko station.
They do provide shuttle to the station in the morning (3 timing) with limited seating so reserved your seat first come first serve.
Rooms are dated but very spacious. Certainly need a revamp for better and cosy feel. Amenity like pillows are self help at the lobby and microwave machine at level outside the lift.
Nothing to offer around the hotel other than 7-11 about 3mins away, pharmacy and wine store just next to hotel and a family run japanese restuarant opposite hotel.
On a clear day you can view fuji on the right side of the hotel like what u see on the picture of the hotel ads.

Great value for money.
Good room space. Has excellent view of mountains and relatively quiet. about 10 min walk from the station but very near good shops. Excellent for 2 days stay and well priced. You will need to do a bit of walking. If they had bicycles that would be superb.

Nice hotel but just a bit far
a bit far from metro and bus station. Especially if you are with your luggage, the thin road will give you some difficulty.
Room is clean and big, which is good. There is shuttle services to bus station in the morning. So, back to the metro/bus station is easier.

The hotel had a shuttle to the closest bus station, and the staff was very friendly. The "queen" bed I ordered was really just two twin beds put together; other than this the experience was great. Breakfast was filling and the service was excellent.

Favorite
This place was my favorite of the 4 we stayed at on this trip, it was also the most expensive but not bad at about USD 80 per night. The room was large with a balcony and you could see Mt. Fuji if you stuck your head out a bit. The staff were helpful when needed but not a lot of English, I think they understand some but may be shy in speaking it. I know how that is I feel the same way. The location is a bit far but an easy 10/15 minute walk and they also have a pick up from the JR station. I would highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff; try to help despite limited English. Shuttle to train station convenient, although it is about 20 minutes walk only. Simple Japanese business hotel perfect for 1 night and has view of Mount Fuji.

Better than Room with a View
Our fourth floor room didn't have a view of Mt Fuji, but the window at the end of the hall did, up close and in it's glory two mornings in a row. Better yet, the window opened for photos without shooting through glass. Our room was roomy for a Japanese hotel and the optional breakfast for 500 yen was a deal, although my wife didn't like the runny scrambled egg and I had to adjust to having soup and salad with my breakfast. Not an ideal menu, but it was served quickly, was convenient since I didn't see any options nearby, and the price can't be beat. Wi-fi was good too. Free shuttle to train/bus station needed to be scheduled and pick-up is not available until 3PM (an inconvenience when you arrive just past noon).
