Hyatt Place Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center

it was an amazing experience, we’re not from the city, the front desk and the staff was so friendly.

It was nice and comfortable. Had to call down to the front desk to get my room switched since the room next to me had a dog that was barking. The room did not have a microwave had to go to the lobby to warm up anything. The coffee maker did not have the pot or cups in the room to put under it, had to go out and buy cups.

It was dirty. With covid we expected to feel sanitized and clean and it was not. Overall just gross stains on the doors, walls, carpet and it looked like a lotion hand print on the bathroom door.

We checked in after a long day of driving the day after Christmas. The clerk was dry and almost rude in her demeanor, and that was the only staff member even visible to guest at night. The hotel is adjacent to the Sharonville Convention Center so it is worn because of that traffic. The hallways are dated, dingy, and not well lit. The room I booked was a “spa shower” on a high floor. The best part was the bathroom even though the shower was not that great. The room is more up to date than the hallway but the mattress was well worn and squeaky. We chose this property without being familiar with the area, trying to get past the downtown traffic of Cincinnati. It was a bust and I definitely wouldn’t stay there again! Check out the view I had when I opened the shades the next day.

Big room, very clean, nice and service excellent.

We stay here every time we come to Cincinnati, the hotel is great. The only con is that every room doesn’t have a spa shower and the ones that don’t are not powerful at all. The hotel and staff are amazing and very helpful

My stay at the hyatt was okay, could've been alot better if my room 432 i was in wasnt so drafty. Had to turn the heat up just to stay warm and comfy. Also whoever last cleaned that room didnt do a great job at cleaning the bottom toilet seat lid, it was gross to say the least. Make sure your housekeeping staff double check the rooms before making availble to guest, no one wants to see the last guest toilet crap on the toilet lid. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic hotel rooms definitely need to be sanitized and cleaned thoroughly after each guest stay. That was unexceptable and lastly no fresh hot breakfast only preheated breakfast sandwiches that you can buy at a convenience store. This will be my first and last stay at the hyatt sharonville oh location.
