The staff were excellent. Although the hotel is quite far from South Beach and Downtown I was able to walk for less than 10 minutes to the bus/rail station where you can access south beach etc for $2.25. All in all it’s a good place to stay.

EVERYTHING about this hotel was awesome!!! From the staff to the rooms and the amenities!!! They greeted us so kindly and accommodated any requests made. The location is perfect, the pool is perfect. I admired seeing the planes fly by so close. I would 10000% stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean and staff were friendly. Tyondra was very helpful. My flights kept getting delayed and I didn’t arrived until 2:45am (should have been there at 9pm). She got me in my room quickly and arranged my cruise shuttle. I wish I could have enjoyed the hotel more if I arrived on time! My only concern was noise coming from the pipes/shower all night, but that was minor.

8/10 Very good

The staff was by far the best! Very friendly and efficient! We really enjoyed the pool and gathering space in the back. The tvs are not great quality and the airport traffic is loud when you are poolside. Even with that it was super close to the airport and food!

The rooms are great. Location is very handy for some productive days in Miami. Only bad thing; The room cleaning staff is really loud. As soon as they start cleaning any room on your floor, you will be wide awake.
