Very nice stay. Lovely room. If you want more tea and coffee or other items you have to fill a form and leave out side the door. you also have to put towels and rubbish in a bin on the landing. It would have been nice to meet the owners I only met their son and cat. ,

Great shower, clean throughout. Fan provided which was great for the hot weather. Room 4 is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the South Beach. Charlie our host was very helpful and knowledgeable. No lift. A licensed Bar was advertised but there wasn’t one, we were told that there hasn’t been one there for a while, they should omit this information as we were looking forward to a nice cold glass of wine, which wasn’t available. Overall a pleasant stay .

The room was comfortable and large. The bed was excellent and I got a brilliant night's sleep. The bathroom whilst a bit small for someone of my build (broad shouldered and not thin) was clean and well stocked. The shower worked a dream. It is just around the corner from the seaview road above the beach. A short walk into the town centre (less than 10 mins). Would happily stay there again

The location is good, next to the cliff top and just a couple of minutes walk from the wonderful South Beach. The house does need a little bit of maintenance, with the front door handle very loose, the number plate falling off the front door of the room (Room 5) and the big clock in the room needing a battery. Apart from that the room and bed were comfortable, though the shower was a bit of a squeeze, and needed a soap dish. Wifi was a bit wobbly but generally OK. The TV could be a bit confusing as the digital channels didn't always work so you had to use the streaming services instead. The top floor room was very quiet internally though there were unfortunately two late night shouting matches out in the street on consecutive nights, no idea whether this was just bad luck or newer younger residents, as I've stayed on this street before without problem. There is no breakfast but there are nearby options including the Lansio Lounge down the steps next to the beach. The house does have a nonchalant cat who spends most of its time sitting by the door. Apart from a few minor issues no real problems with the stay.

Lindholme has an ideal location very close to the beach, old town wall & Tenby centre. There is a public carpark behind the street. The entrance hall was rather dusty and worn looking but, on arrival Rachel was very friendly & helpful. However there is no set area where guests can check in/ out. She showed us to our room & explained the system used to replenish items for the room. This process was reinforced in a welcome letter which we were handed with the room key. The bedroom was bright & comfortable with light modern furniture,lighting & blinds. The bed was very comfortable & the bedding was clean.There was plenty of drawer storage & hangers in wardrobe. However one of the blinds in bay window was edged with black stains. There was a flat screen TV & hairdryer provided. The en-suite shower was powerful & easy to use but the shower door was not sliding properly & was difficult to open & close. The room is not serviced & there was no toilet cleaning gel etc provided. There were plenty of toiletries provided. There were 2 large bath sheets & hand towels provided which could be replenished on request but the appearance of the towels was very poor - White towels looking grey & not soft & fluffy. One of the blue hand towels had what looked like bleach stains on it while the other felt fluffy & looked newer. The cotton bath mat too was more grey rather than white. There was a beverage tray which was replenished on request & small kettle in the room .

Convenient location, large pay and display car park to rear £10 for 24hrs. Room only but hotel around corner offering breakfast at £9 which was a buffet breakfast and very good. Had top floor room which was quite small and not much pressure in shower. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Tidy enough for what we paid.

Really nice guest house. Room was immaculate. Thank you to Rachel and Chris for making our stay so comfortable. It was the hottest day of the year. Fan in room was really useful. Coffee machine in room was a great addition. It was a lovely place to spend our anniversary. Guest house is close to South beach and close to other hotels on the front. Town was easily walkable. They recommended Belgrave hotel for breakfast. This was really nice. £25 for two buffet breakfast. We also made use of interactive dart board in Belgrave (£5 deposit). Guest house is really close to hotels where non residents are welcome. We caught train so did not park. There is a car park next to hotel £10 a night and some on street parking if you are lucky. Train station is a short walk. We will definitely book this again.

This was an awesome stay! Right where you want to be. Super clean and comfortable. The only thing is there is no breakfast but you can get breakfast a few doors down. The owner was super nice!! Highly recommend.
