Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful ocean view. You can see the sun set, lobster boats, islands.....
However there is no TV in the room and the kitchen facilities are shared.

Poor service with a good view.
Upon checking in at 5:30 PM the staff quickly told us where the room was, that the restaurant was closed and acted like we were keeping them their when on line it said the office was open until 8PM. When we got back from trying to find anything open for dinner, which we could not so settled for a frozen pizza, we found our room had no towels or info for connecting to wifi and the office was closed at 6:45 PM. No number was ever given in case we needed anything. In the morning upon check out we just found a note on the office desk that said someone would be in at noon and to just leave the key. So we were never able to get towels because there was never anyone to ask. Not being from there we were not aware most things were closed for the season or that most things closed at 7 or earlier and that information should have been provided by the inn when checking in.
One positive, the cool view of the bay which was good because there was no TV in the room.

disappointing that the restaurant was closed and we were not notified in advance so we had to travelways to find dinner that night; not much available in the area; staff Ferri, helpful, however, I would recommend this place and would stay at it again

Comfortable stay on the water
Renovated sardine factory right on the water. Comfortable and clean rooms. Walls a little thin as we could hear snoring in the next room. Restaurant was not open for dinner any longer (seasonal) so dining in the area was a challenge. Service and staff were excellent. Location excellent for accessing great hiking trails.

We stayed for several nights and it was perfect- our balcony had a wonderful water view - showing both sunrise and sunset. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. There was a really nice common are that included a full kitchen- we left our perishables in the fridge. The staff were all really helpful. The only thing it could use was more hooks. But seriously, a very nice experience.

Pros: The location was great for a trip to Campobello Island. We also enjoyed the ocean view. The beds were comfortable, and the price was reasonable.
Cons: There were quite a few cobwebs in the room and the walls were very thin.

This property is very convenient to the bridge to Campobello Island and has a nice (if very busy) restaurant attached. I was not crazy about the layout.

The highlight of our stay was the location at the top of the hill, a short distance from the “office” and the restaurant. The deck outside our door was spacious and had a great view of the bay. So peaceful. Fishing boats in front of us, Campobello Island to the right. Sea birds diving for fish. We enjoyed the restaurant and also tried the comfortable cafe downtown (a very short drive, or refreshing walk).
