Universal Bay Condominium

We came to Osaka for our honeymoon and were very impressed by the accommodations. They were clean and well proportioned and we felt like we got a great deal for the money we spent. We would definitely return here if we had the chance.

Staff very helpful and polite. Property very clean close to train and many good eateries. Will stay here again.

There are two double beds which easily for two couples. The futons are basically lumpy cushions on the floor. They are more like lawn furniture cushions. Not good for adults.

Everything was ready for our trip. Good hotel with reasonable price.

Our family of 5 loved our stay here. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very central and handy to many Family Marts / 711's. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were quiet and warm. Highly recommend Universal Bay Condominiums to anyone.

Loved the spacious 3 bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms and a tatami room). Located about a 5 minute walk from the JR Station (Osakako) and very close to the Aquarium, Legoland and the Ferris wheel in Tempozan.Great kitchen facilities if you want to cook. Smart phone in the apartment available for use. Good bathroom and shower facilities. Very helpful staff who spoke good English. Restaurants, a supermarket, Family Mart, Lawsons and 7 eleven all nearby.

The location is convenient, with the subway about 3mins walk away and several convenience stores in the vicinity. It’s a quiet neighbourhood but we always felt safe even when comin home at night. The streets are never crowded and it’s great for pushing strollers. It is a bit far from town but we spent two days visiting different parts of Osaka bay, namely the aquarium, Lego discovery centre and the Tempozan Ferris wheel so worked out very nicely for us. Gives space for families. Good service from Hotel. But one area to improve would be black out curtains. In the tatami room we would wake up when the sun shone into the room because it was bright. The rice paper doors meant the sun shone through. But our other two rooms not facing the sun were fine. Overall a comfortable stay in convenient location.
