A great capsule hotel with first class service and environment
Overall is good especially the location. The check in time at 5pm is not reasonable.
I liked it was clean and fresh, not tired. And that it was open to outside food and beverages in its common area.
The place has a slight smell it is not air conditioned that well. Staff charged extra if you are 15 minutes late regardless that I was late because of the snoring of some guy next bed.
The area is seedy. The air is polluted in this town specially this area around the hotel. I stayed 5 nights at the hotel and the last day was late to check out, the service lady was so rude despite that there were no reservations coming she kept trying to charge me extra money for me checking out 30 minutes late. No country does this disrespectful thing. She did today. The air in the men’s room is stale. Middle of the room stinks like a permanent toilet smell. The beds are clean and modern but very firm and this may keep you awake. The living room area is small but many unhappy people gather, they just can ruin your day with miserable looks. Overall, this was a bad ending to a relatively good stay. Trying to extract money just for 30 min delay is not friendly, it does not happen anywhere on Earth, people regularly would give even 1-2 hour extensions. And this is a very slow tourist season. You will find the people and service nice but miserable.
Location was great, very clean. Certain staff could do on a lesson of customer service.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The cabin was large and comfortable and the facilities were very clean. I would stay here again.
It was fantastic. I will book there again in my next trip to Nagasaki.
Convenient location
You are getting exactly what you are paying for with First Cabin. This was probably the most disappointing ones I had been to but mainly because the people around me did not respect the rules of no phone calls in the cabins. The hotel while centrally located is down some back alleys which can be a little unseemly. I was offered a "massage" about 5 metres down the street from the hotel entrance.
