Fenicius Charme Hotel

Todo muy bien, la atención muy conforme. Tuvimos un problema con la canilla de la ducha y no pudo ser arreglada dentro de nuestra estadía. Muy bueno el desayuno y el personal del mismo.

Un hotel comodo, perfecto para un viaje de unos dias a conocer Lisboa. Bien ubicado y con los servicios basicos y necesarias para la estancia.

Hotel muy cómodo, a un paseo andando de las principales atracciones de Lisboa.

Very well placed being close to the Metro. Excellent cleanliness. Broad range of items for the Breakfast provision. Bed was firm whilst not overly deep. Welcome tray in the room whilst no tea or coffee provided!!! Would use if visiting again.

Check-in staff was excellent - provided all necessary information clearly when we arrived near midnight. Our family of 4, with two kids, stayed in two notably clean rooms. While kettles were provided, no tea and coffee were available in the rooms. Breakfast was ample and dutifully replenished. Luggage storage was as simple as asking and handing them over. Street noise could be an issue for some, but as we were plenty exhausted, it was not a major issue.

The only negative about this Hotel is that the area, while being close to the centre and only a 3 min walk from the Metro is a bit run down. It is fairly safe although it does look a bit dodgy, especially at night.

Staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast very good.

Very clean, excellent staff. Hot breakfast could be more varied. Some dodgy characters nearby always begging. Nice restaurants close.

We appreciated the prompt service at the reception! Ann is very professional and gave us excellent tips fir the area. The location is a bit further from the old city but 15in walking. It is surrounded by adjacent little streets and if you are not familiar it can be a bit uncomfortable. But, we came late in the night back to hotel and it appeared to be fine! We did not have any issues! Good stay !!
