Comfort stay, near to town, clean and hospitality

I missed my train because front desk didn’t tell me the real time and distance to the station. Otherwise basically okay.

It's a unique boutique hotel style. Good location too! The room is clean and comfortable!

It was very confortable, clean, enough big, but no table in the room.

Check in was really fast and well explained The interior design is superb!!.Bed & pillow so comfy, room spacious and well decorated, excellent services by staff from front office, housekeeping, F & B and also security staff. Breakfast is extremely tasty ( we ate nasi lemak & big breakfast) + buffet line with good selection; fresh watermelon juice and rosemary + lemon infusion water are just perfect. Perfect pictures to shoot and the best part ; worth every penny. We took family suite room and its exactly as per photo in the website. Great Place to re-stay again.

lovely hotel.. been there several times the decor is great and different the rooms are clean and modern staff very friendly and competent check in easy and efficient felt safe with COVID SOPs in place downsides - just a few the rooms could be better sound proofed buffet breakfast very noisy and busy (hotel was full and perhaps can stagger breakfast esp during MCO) mix of al la carte and buffet options but would better to keep seating areas separate for either - breakfast al la carte food was very nice and I would much prefer to have just a la carte and pay a bit more if thats what it takes for staffing coffee bar doesn't open until 12 noon but coffee on offer at breakfast not great - please offer at breakfast time ! hotel is a short walk from town but there is no pavement and at night is a bit hairy as very busy road and no lighting we found it hard to get grabs at night and or when it is busy in the evenings overall a great hotel - and would recommend - can be even better with better organisation of breakfast time they can't do much about the roads but it is an important factor if you are not able to walk far or have children with you !

Great experience. Excellent modern industrial chic design. Lovely rooms. Easy onsite parking. Close to town. Great amenities, good breakfast and very well priced. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend

great hotel comfy rooms nice decor and great conversion from an old building quiet room plenty of parking breakfast good plenty of selection egg station would be great if possible checkin was slow but think new staff on reception ? location not too far from river but walking is not easy along a busy road with no pavement overall would recommend

Fantastic and unique Hotel in good quiete location, easy to find and good parking. Close to the town with lots of food option near by. So many unusual features in the room and hotel will rember this stay for a long time and such good value for money. Excellent service and check in. Good breakfast and nice cafe / restraunt. Will definately visit again. Thank you
