Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals.

This hotel is NOT ready to open. The exterior of the hotel is a massive construction site which ruins any vacation experience. There is no Wifi in the hotel. It is difficult to locate the hotel and we were driving in circles trying to find it cause there is no proper sign. So much false advertising. Expedia should NOT advertise this hotel. After just 2 minutes, I left and booked another hotel and did not get my money back. I hope Expedia considers refunding me because I am a Gold member and continue to use Expedia for all my hotel bookings.

Aus vier Nächten wurden zwei Horrornächte
Die Keycards funtionierten seit Anreise nicht. Es gab eine Notkarte. Regulär kann man mit den Keycards das Gebäude betreten, den Wellness Bereich nutzen und es ermöglicht die Ein- und Ausfahrt vom Parkplatz (der immerhin 20 €/Tag kostet) und eben nicht nur Zugang zum Zimmer. Bei Ankunft teilte man mit, es wird morgen wieder funktionieren. Wir sollen Verständnis haben. Diesen Satz hörten wir in den 48 Stunden Aufenthalt (gebucht hatten wir 4 Nächte) von der Interimsleitung E.H. sehr oft. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, sondern wir sollten gefälligst Verständnis haben dafür, dass sie auch nichts dafür kann. Die Interimsleitung kam nicht einmal auf die Idee am Wellnessbereich, der ja erstmal nicht nutzbar war, einen Zettel zu hängen. In der ersten Nacht Einschluss um 23 Uhr! Danach das Haus zu betreten war unmöglich. Eigene Vorhaben nicht vorgesehen! Tür ist dann zu, denn die Rezeption ist ja nur bis 23 Uhr besetzt. Wir waren in diesem Jahr bereits das 8te Mal vor Ort, doch einen solchen Aufenthalt haben wir vorher noch nie erlebt! Nicht einmal eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, kein Wort des Bedauerns. Keine Entschädigung für die nicht freie Aus- und Einfahrt auf dem Parkplatz (man musste Ausfahrtkarten erfragen - natürlich nur im Zeitraum zwischen 7 und 23 Uhr möglich). Fazit: Mit aktueller Interimsleitung E.H. sieht uns dieses Hotel nicht mehr wieder. Unprofessionelles Handeln wird hier ganz neu definiert und vorgelebt!

Der sechste Aufenthalt dieses Jahr
Die Strandlage vom Dormero ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht und haben das Penthouse S erhalten. Es wäre bei diesem Upgrade nett gewesen zu erfragen, ob ein Schlafzimmer ok ist. Die Tür hat immer gegen eine Wand geschlagen. Dies hat man auch an den Löchern gesehen. Der Wasserhahn in der Kpche, war eigentlich nicht nutzbar, da hier kaum Wasser herauskam. Bei der Dusche, lief das Wasser unter der Duschtür durch und setzte das Bad unter Wasser. Der Wasserkocher fehlte.

Die Zimmereinrichtung war modern. Die Sauberkeit in der Dusche sollte verbessert werden ( stark verkalkte Duschwände und verschmutzte Ränder). Unsaubere Abfalleimer, Fenster mit Beschmutzungen. Ebenfalls die Gebäudenebeneingangstür war im Griffbereich schwarz und die Scheiben voller Handabdrücke. Wurde jedenfalls in den drei Aufenthaltstagen nicht gereinigt.

This was a lot better than I had expected. Great location, great beach, very good breakfast and good if not great restaurants close by. If you are staying for a longer stint there are many stores close by so you can cook for your self. Overall this experience was a lot better than I had expected.
