MCM Motel

Great little place, modern, clean and tidy

It smells of cigarette smoke in the room even if it is supposed to be smoke free room. It would be nice to have hand towel in the bathroom. The address listed on Bealey Ave but the entrance is actually on Madras St. It should have been advertised before we arrive so to find this place easily

+ Clean, modern and well maintained + Decent size rooms + Good heat pump in room + Double glazing - Front door does not provide good insulation from the road - Close to very busy, noisy road that can be loud at night as well

Finishing off xmas holiday and great to have a place like this to stay

We find this motel to be possibly the best value hotel have ever stay with a great location and almost everything we require. Only slight negative is that rooms are compact but that is a very minor issue

Clean and morden, but the cost is reasonable.

Good, budget.

+ Pretty nice rooms + Convenient location - Cushions were so thin and soft they were almost useless - Lots of noise from the nearby street, very poor sound insulation, despite the double glazing
