We loved the party atmosphere. The service was incredible. The food was amazing for breakfast and lunch. Dinner was just ok. Bartenders were great. Major issue was soooo much noise in the morning from the cleaning crew, banging around and loud talking and so much other noise so early. The walls were paper thin and it made it very hard to sleep in. We feel like we need a vacation from the vacation because we could not sleep in.

Only good thing is the parties
A unique place if you’re looking for a great party. We were unlucky with the weather however and with the nightclub outside, we only had 2 nights out in our 4 night stay (they do move the party indoors when it rains but it’s in the lobby and it’s not great). Out of the 2 nights, only one had a good DJ. The party pool atmosphere was good on the one day that was sunny. As for the rest, it was average at best. The food was dissappointing everywhere except for SHE where we paid extra for filet mignon which was outstanding ($50US pp). The show was also very good. There is no room service unless you’re prepared to pay. The room was clean, but not very comfortable. The cupboards don’t close. There is not nearly enough light. And the giant shower only has one rain showerhead, not ideal if you don’t want to wet your head. Also there is no noise dampening anywhere so we heard people in the halls and doors slamming at all hours of the night.

Always a fun time. Pool party by day. dance party at night. We’ve found we get the best deal through Hotel.com (Expedia). They have a special front desk for Expedia customers that makes check in easy. Kaory and Andre were helpful with our stay. We got upgraded on our stay with access to the rooftop bar.

If you are a partier this resort is for you. If you want to relax this is not the hotel for you. The food was mediocre especially the breakfast. I was there mon-fri, they only had a traditional breakfast on Thursday.
