The room was not clean...the bathroom had hair from a previous guest in several different locations including the toilet and the shower. The included breakfast was no breakfast at all. The only thing the had was decaf coffee and an assortment of KIND bars. No juice, fruit, or any other breakfast options. When we inquired as to why there was no regular coffee, the front desk attendant was short and dismissive indicating that what was out was all they had.
Given a room with a broken shade, couldn’t close for privacy. Offered the option to change rooms, took it and the new room was much smaller and the kitchenette and sink were dirty. Some alarm was going off in front lobby entrance all day!!!! Wasn’t offered the bagged option after missing breakfast and asking for a juice. Saw another guest grab a brown bag from cooler and asked front desk what that was when I was told it was complimentary....
Nice hotel & clean
Well, when my sister and I first arrived at the front desk to check in we were advised that our room was ready so we proceeded to go to our room and opened up the door the room was a disaster!!!!!!! We advised the hotel attendant...He was nice and apologetic for it and gave us another room. But traveling down the hall of the actual floor wasnt clean and smelled horrible. The overall stay was okay if you just need a place to lay your head.....I would expect it more Hospitality as well as better cleaning conditions at the Home 2 by Hilton.
It was okay. Had to be moved to another room because the toilet had stopped working.
Had to pay extra for parking ridiculous.
Loved the suite concept, full fridge in room. Did not like that the indoor pool was not heated. That was a pretty big disappointment.
The hotel was conveniently located but wouldn’t stay here again. The room smelled, previous guests had obviously smoked and there was no way to open windows to air it out. Worst was shower where you were either getting scalded or froze as the temperature continuously fluctuated and there was no bathtub as even a last resort. I had to shower standing outside the stream using the washcloth. The water actually stopped running during my son’s shower. When we complained to management, they said they’d have someone look at it but never heard back from them. Same issue next day.
Overall it was a great stay. Great bar. But whenever we stay and get the sit down breakfast the server (has been different servers both times) seem like they are confused or have no idea what they are doing. First time we dined for breakfast we had our order taken at the table and was served pretty ok. Second time the lady seemed confused as to why we were waiting. She took forever for coffee, then forever for cream, then we.waited 10 min for silverware. Then she didnt take our order for our pancakes and eggs. The first lady did. This one said we get those ourselves along with our sides...if im payin $12 plus tip a person for a hotel breakfast i shouldnt be fetching my own syrup, sides, main course. For that i could have done the free continental on the other side.
It was to expensive for what we received in return.
