Cenote Balam-Ha

Not enough words to descrive how beautifull this place is The villas are fully equiped, super clean. The manager and the owner made an excelent work. There is parking and its recomended to arrive by car. We spot Spider monkeys, tucans, little foxes, and lot of beautifull birds. And the propierty has 2 private cenotes only for the guests!!! It was our best hollidays ever! Akumal has beautifull beaches and is close from the most beautifull beaches. There is a grocery store at 10 minutes to buy things. TOTALLY RECOMENDED!!!!

After spending a few days at a so-so all inclusive, we decided to try something different... and boy, howdy, we got DIFFERENT! What a wonderful place to stay. While we did not take a dip in the cenote, we certainly felt it's sway. We only regret that our visit did not coincide with the blooming of the thousands of orchids present on the property. Franko was a sweetheart, ensuring our immediate needs were met and we enjoyed exploring the property as well as the nearby restaraunts and shoppes. The only thing that could have made it a bit more perfect would be the availability of enough hot water for two showers, but, hey... it's the jungle after all. If I weren't reviewing by laptop, I would include photos of the scenery, toucans and our lovely, well appointed room. Warning: If you MUST have air conditioning, this is not the type of property for you. But with windows open and fans on, we slept comfortably with the sounds of the rain on the roof and occasional monkey cry.

Beautiful Cenote near the room. Rooms in the middle of the jungle, all equipment you need. Great service and attention.

A unique nature experience, a very special place, filled with personal touch. The cenote is wonderful and the trail around it is well mantained. The palapa allows you to enjoy nature and observe animals, whilst comfortably sitting in one of the two living rooms. Very attentive hosts, rapidly responding to requests or minor maintenance isue, which are normal in the forest. Highly recommend for people wanting to live someplace different.

As many have written before, this is a beautiful place, quiet and peaceful.. the Cenotes are great. The accommodation is very comfortable and has some beautiful Mexican folk art items decorating it. The owners and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Arrive by car and bring bug repellent. You will love it here
