Denali Grizzly Bear Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The only thing that bothered us was a weird smell in the room, plus everything felt wet. Especially the carpet. The price was good in comparison to other hotels in the area. Staff was pleasant. Great location.

Not a great location if you don’t have a car. It was the end of the season so several of the advertised food trucks had closed. Other than that the property was terrific and the shuttle driver was the best!

Great view of the river. Very close to the park. I was there at the end of the season, so some things were "winding down" (convenience store wasn't fully stocked...understandable). It would be nice if there were refrigerators in the room.

The room was very comfortable & clean for a remote Alaska hotel. The Thai food truck.company on the property was some of the best Thai food we have had anywhere.in the world

Very nice room, and front office pleasant. No services offered, but it was a nice room.

The bed was so comfortable. I had a deck out back and a lovely view of the river. Just what I needed.

Rooms where very clean and comfortable, loved the view of the river from our deck. We enjoyed our stay there while visiting Denali Nat'l Park. Would of liked a refrigerator in the room. A Thai food truck in the parking lot was awesome. Will stay again next time.

Rooms tiny, no toilet paper, very few coffee and tea bags. Bulbs not working but replaced after complaint. No microwave

The hotel is very expensive, not worth the price, and the price changes very much in two days, which is difficult to accept。

First of all this property should be called Grizzly BARE Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was small, hard to work around while applying makeup. No refrigerator or microwave in the room for storing food. I know, you should be outdoors enjoying nature. However, there is no restaurant facilities on the property except for two gut wagons, one Thai and one Mexican. The hours were not 24-7. There was not free WiFi after 30 minutes. There was no gathering space for meeting others. If you wanted food you had to cross the highway to go to a resort not connected to the GB. If u returned back to the GB after dark it was pitch black from one property to the next and treacherous. Steep uphill walk. The tall Russian accented lady at the gift shop wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Other than that, It was okay.
