Muito gostoso!
O local é belíssimo e super confortável. Restaurante com a melhor truta que já comi e funcionários muito atenciosos em todos os setores. Só tivemos um problema pontual pq o vaso do banheiro entupiu 2x nos 5 dias que ficamos hospedados, porém acredito que isso seja por conta de hóspedes anteriores que podem ter jogado papel no vaso ou coisa do tipo. Vale talvez deixar aquelas plaquinhas pra não jogarem nada. De forma geral amamos e vamos voltar !

O hotel está numa localização privilegiada com uma boa estrutura mas precisa de uma revitalização. Móveis e cortinas um tanto envelhecidos. Muitos reparos a serem feitos. Funcionários muito educados e solicitos, o que não compensa a falta de conforto no café da manhã. As mesas não ficam arrudas com louças e talheres, o que facilita saber quais estão disponíveis, fazendo com que o hóspede tenha que buscas tudo que necessita. Outra grande falha: na véspera da hospedagem perguntei ao hotel se seria possível fazer um checkin antecipado e a resposta não foi nem positiva nem negativa, foi um “vou verificar se conseguimos”, só.

Descanso em São Bento do Sapucaí
Local bastante agradável. Ficamos no quarto "vila" e tínhamos uma vista linda através da sacada do quarto. A pousada tem estrutura completa, com piscina e jardins bem cuidados. O quarto é confortável, tem até lareira! O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, pois sentimos falta de pães ou biscoitos macios e saborosos. Estes alimentos eram produzidos na própria pousada, com aparência bem melhor do que o sabor. O maior problema foi que tínhamos reservado e pago por 6 noites a partir de 20/10 e o sistema só reconhecida a data de entrada como 21/10. Mas a situação foi resolvida e nos preparam um quarto logo que chegamos
