Stay here quite often as it is 5 minute walk from Kinshicho station on the Sobu Chuo line which comes from Narita airport. Hotel is clean with small but efficient rooms. You serve breakfast which you can purchase. Area is convenient for shopping and dining out.

Love this place. It was a little hard to find. I wish hotels would give an approximate description of how to find their hotel especially at night. The road leading to the property had a lot of bars but we did not feel threatened at all. People were respectful. But it took us a good 20 minutes before we could figure out where the hotel was located. Google maps was lost and pointing us in many different directions. That was the only frustrating thing. But we enjoyed everything else that this hotel has to offer. Wonderful staff. Arigatogozaimas to all the hotel employees!

Convenient location
It is located in a very convenient location near everything including train station, convenient stores and authentic restaurants. I love the pjs and slippers. The only thing I was not able to tolerate is the strong smell of cigarette smoke at the reception area which was suffocating and made me cough. I have to run out to smell fresh air since I need to hold my breath everytime, I pass by. I like the location, cleanliness of the room but smoke smell is a deal breaker for me.

Room is small but common to Japanese hotel sizes. The location is so convenient, only 3 mins walk to Kinshicho station and 3-4 7-11, Lawson and family mart around, also many restaurants with various options. Two department stores within 5 mins walk. Staffs are nice, efficient and very friendly. Only a tiny inconvenience is there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the whole hotel so you need to line up for the usage. Overall it is a true good value hotel
