Elite Apart-Hotel

The apartment building is not set up for European guests. Everything is in Russian or Kazakh. Instructions in English would be sensible and meet h&s standards. The sockets don't take a usual 2 pin adapter plug either. Ask at desk to borrow a suitable one. The bed was not comfortable andthe linen and towels quite worn. The building is opposite the main mosque and Independence Square, so handy for that. There is a nice coffee shop on the block.

Extremely well appointed, excellent location, lovely and helpful reception staff. Room cleaning somehow didn’t happen - ok for a short stay like mine.

Great hotel. Room exceeding our expectations. Hotel stuff was really nice. Highly recommend this place. We arrived earlier and they were able to give us a room. Location is close to bus stops and we were able to get anywhere in the city.

We had a very nice stay at Elite Apart Hotel. They gave us a room on the top floor, which had great views of the city - we could see the Presidential Palace and the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation from our window! The hotel itself is located right across the street from the Hazrat Sultan Mosque and near a lot of things to see, and there are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants in the complex. The hotel staff were hospitable and friendly and were very attentive to all of our needs, from bringing us cookware to helping us book train tickets. We'd definitely stay again!

This apartment was a great choice and highly recommended. It is in G block of the prestigious Highvill apartment complex. The apartment was new, great quality and had everything we needed including a kitchen, clothes washing machine etc. Wifi was fast and heating/cooling options worked well. Hotel.com photos were accurate. Good coffee shop on 6th floor. Friendly reception staff. Close to some tourist spots including the Kazahkstan Museum. Supermarkets and restaurants within the Highvill complex. .

가격대비 상당히 만족하였으나 청소는 요청에 의해 하는게 좀 불만..

Современный и недорогой аппарт – отель располжен в новом жилом комплексе HighVill. Отличный район – напротив красивая Хезрет Султан Мечеть, Казахский университет искуства, современнейший музей Казахстана, пирамида Дворец Мира и Cогласия. В холле рецепшн находится аптека, продуктовый магазин, столовая. Внизу у здания многочисленные ресторанчики, правда, с недешевым ценником даже для Астаны. Приветливая девушка на рецепшн, которая проводила до номера, обяснила как пользоваться электронным замком и электроникой в номере – телевизор, кондиционер, домофон. Из окон превоходная панорама на метсные достопримечательности. Позже в номер ПРИНЕСЛИ сейф. Хорошо, что позже не ВЫНЕСЛИ - вес всего около 10 кг и не закреплён. Единственная проблема возникла при заселении – начальник шлагбаума, симпатичный и стройный вьюноша, никак не хотел пропускать наше такси к подъезду отеля. Однако, ненавязчивое ему предложение перетаскать наши 4 чемодана к отелю привели его в реальность, а шлагбаум в движение вверх.
