great value but needs tlc
The location is amazing but the bed is beat up. the one mattress was so worn that sheets ripped between it and the other. the bathroom had a moldy shower curtain and and black mold on the ceiling. The air conditioner didnt work properly. they had a check out time of 11 but no one is in the office until 930 so it makes leaving bags really difficult. however its reasonably priced and the living space is really nice.

Spent a week at Yafo 35 and loved the location! Steps from everything. The apartment was new construction, great balcony, easy to access, and well maintained. Would return for another trip!

Very nice place
Located in a central area, lots of shops around and cafes. Open until late. The apartment is charming, clean, very spacious. Sixth floor, a few minutes walk to the Mahane Yehuda market. In the evening the market becomes full of bars… music and food

If you have patient...then try this one
Generally is ok, easy check in! But the bed is too soft, air-conditioners are dirty, bed sheet not clean. Nobody can help you when you're staying there. Others room has water provided, but my room don't have!

Messed up checkin. Skimpy on the linens and towels
The host changed apartments on us while we were in flight. Arrived at 1 am to realize we couldn’t get into apt because the one assigned to us had been changed. When we contacted manager she said “you didn’t have WiFi to check your email?” Not a good start to our stay after 20 hours of travel. There was only a half roll of toilet paper for 4 people over three nights, only two towels and 2 pillows and not enough bedding. They did remedy the situation but at 1 am no one wants to wait around to be let in or given bedding and towels so you can clean up and go to sleep.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. We had a separate bedroom with kids on the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. There was a full kitchen with cookware, utensils, etc allowing us to prepare a few meals in the room. It was nicely decorated, spacious, and clean with a balcony overlooking a street with many restaurants. The apartment was about a ten minute walk to the Jaffa Gate of the old city. There were plenty of restaurants and shops right outside the building. The location was a little noisy in the evening and at night, though most of the noise was heard loudest in the bathroom. The owner answered all questions and requests almost immediately using WhatsApp. However, this is more of an apartment than a hotel so if additional supplies are needed (like soap or toilet paper), a little notice is needed. Also, to get a hot shower, you need to turn on the timer on the water heater about 20 min prior to showering. This is not an uncommon feature in Israeli homes, but less common in hotels. Altogether, I'd stay again based on the apartment itself and the great location.

Good location for stay In Jerusalem
Location is excellent and staff very friendly & accommodating. We were able to leave our suitcases before checkin time and even after checkout with just a quick email to the staff. Close to shops & restaurants and train line is just in front of building. Building is in a mall so note that you will have to carry your own suitcase into the area-wasn’t an issue for us. About 15 mins walk to old city. Street noise/baskers can be a problem to light sleepers but we feel it adds to the atmosphere for the area.
