Altinsaray Hotel

Property is great. Nice views The check inn was so easy. The only issue us that the beds squeak too much when you move at night. LOL

Lovely hotel we needed a base for our 4 day break in kusadasi as we planned on doing some sightseeing in the area. Really pleasantly surprised the hotel was lovely and spotlessly clean. It had a super swimming pool and the choices at breakfast were great...never ate in the evenings but the food smelled delicious. The bedrooms were basic but had a wardrobe,fridge and sage and the bathroom was obviously new with a powerful, hot shower. Would definitely stay here again....loved it!!!

Nice and cheap but the rooms need updating

The reception staff are the face of the hotel, I experienced their extreme nice behavior, morning there are 2 girls , a young lady who could speak English (Gonca) and younger one who tries her best , and the gentleman at the night shift , all nice , add to that the manager , amazingly helpful, I forgot my car light on , they tried to understand to whom the car , I was there and I heard my car brand. I wanted to go somewhere the next day, the manager and the receptionist tried to help asking on the phone to reach my destination without westing my time. The positive energy in this hotel made even the guests pleasant, I had an operation with my leg , the moment I stepped in there was a guest helped me with the suitcase , I was not yet arrived the main door 😁. The breakfast area on the balcony with a breath taking view to the sea and the pleasant green trees. Cons: The mosquito net , not there unfortunately, although there were no mosquito at all yet, but it would be safer for later, I suggested to the night shift receptionist, he promised to pass the word to the manager, hopefully they will have them as soon as they can.

Pros: - Polite and helpful staff - Great view (it was sea-view room) Cons: - Although it was half board, dinner was fixed menu (soup, salad, main dish and dessert) - Dinner caused diarrhea which made me rest for two days in the room - Bed linen was smelly - Wifi was quite weak - Walls are so thin that you think the people in neighboring rooms talk in your room

I was expecting a sea view room, and received a partial sea view room, at a very noisy location near the street. Also coffee was not great, so I just had hot chocolate and tea.Entrance was very chilly (recommend that you put thick curtains at the door to keep cold air out of the reception, and install a heater. Very nice service from the man who took out bags up to the room and prepared our omelet.

The hotel itself is unique e beautiful,service excellent,staff exquisite e lovely.Hotel has great location,5 minutes walk from the city center on one side and 10 minutes walk from Ladies Beach on the other side.Excellent food and very affordable prices.I would highly recommend this Hotel to anybody who wants to go to Turkey for vacation.

The Altin Saray was a bit too quite for us. The rooms were quite small but were clean and nice in appearance, ours had a four post bed. The bathroom was not so good with black mold in the shower a broken hose and a clogged up shower head. The view from our room was lovely but the balcony was so small two people could not sit on it comfortably. The staff were very friendly . The pool area was very nice.It is a Traditional Turkish hotel so if you are not keen on Turkish food this is not for you.

I booked this hotel for myself, my wife and 2 young children, the location is great but on a hill. I was given a ground floor room with loose electrical cables 40cm from the ground, I reported this to reception but they took no action so I had to cover this myself as it was very dangerous for my kids. The bathroom door was also faulty and wouldn't shut, it took 5 days for maintenance to come out and fix. I came back to the hotel one evening to find the cleaner had left our balcony door wide open, being on the ground floor anyone could have entered and stole our valuables. Breakfast is awful, they serve the same honey/jam is the same bowl every single day and you just know its the same honey/jam all week. Not to mention being over charged on check out. As for wifi, there is no wifi in the rooms only in communal areas. Other than that, the reception team were friendly.

Staff were pleasant, however that’s the only positive. Rooms were dated with awful showers. Food wasn’t nice. Location was good
