Very friendly and informative greeting at the property. The house and gardens were beautiful. Pool was a bonus. Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday. The owners were lovely and recommended lots for us to do. Need a car to get around,

Just a short drive from Dubrovnik this villa in the hills is peaceful and relaxing. The villa and gardens are very well maintained and the owners are very friendly and gave us plenty of advice on where go and how to make the most of our stay.... even guided us up the road to the top of the Dubrovnik cable car so that we could see the view. The villa has balconies and terraces to sit/sunbathe/eat and it was lovely to have a private pool. The location is ideal if you wish to visit Dubrovnik and also have beaches close by. We really enjoyed our week here.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this impressive villa. Immaculately clean , plenty of room, good facilities with everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this villa for families or couples. The views were fantastic, the gardens beautiful and the added bonus of a pool that was cleaned daily was so refreshing. Ana and Niksa (the owners) were very very helpful, kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, they gave us good suggestions for visiting places. Just a phone call away if we needed anything. Thank you to you both for your warmth and hospitality. We would definitely recommend hiring a car to make the most out of your holiday and seeing this delightful , amazing country. We will be returning as there is so much to see and do.

Just got back and loved this property. The owners were fantastic and even took us back to the airport to hire a car. You do need a car, but the property is in easy reach of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as many local beaches. The owners were there to meet us and spent time explaining places to go. They cleaned the pool every day and were there to wave us off on the last day. The property was charming, with lots of character and was plenty big enough for us 5. Loved Croatia and loved this house.

proper verblijf met voor ons misleidende reclame nl 3 slaapkamers en we waren met 3 koppels, maar er was een grote slaapkamer, een kleine kamer waar je de venster moest dicht doen om rond het bed te kunnen en derde kamer waar een eenpersoonsbed opstond en de tweede persoon op een ligbed op de overloop op de gang moest slapen. Dus een huis voor één koppel met vele kinderen, want er waren 7 slaapplaatsen.

Het huis was een prima uitvalsbasis voor uitjes naar Dubrovnic, Montenegro en de diverse eilanden. Bakker en winkels in de directe omgeving. De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien en de service en vriendelijkheid van de verhuurders was uitmuntend! Heerlijk genoten van de rust, de tuinen en het zwembad.

We werden uiterst gastvrij ontvangen Door een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en zijn vrouw. Communicatie vooraf was uitstekend en alles was duidelijk. Doordat de eigenaar zelf ook het huis gebruikt buiten de verhuur om is ook daadwerkelijk alles aanwezig. We kregen informatie uit de omgeving en tips. De eigenaar komt elke ochtend vroeg het zwembad onderhouden hetgeen absoluut geen inbreuk op de privacy is, je merkt het niet eens! De tuin is prachtig en door de verschillende zitjes ook altijd zon/schaduw mogelijkheden. De omgeving aan de kust is wel erg toeristisch en parkeren soms een probleem. Cavtat is hierop een uitzondering. Parkeren helemaal op het einde en leuk haventje met heerlijke restaurantjes! Doordat dit prachtige huis net buiten het hele toeristische gebeuren ligt is het absoluut een aanrader!

Les propriétaires Ana et Nino ont été tout le long du séjour d'une extrême prévention et d'une grande aide dans l'organisation de notre séjour. La région de Dubrovnik est un véritable coup de cœur pour toute la famille.
