Good location, close to Domestic, very happy with the stayover.

Spent 4 nights here while Brisbane in lockdown. Large room with large window facing the airport. Window needed a clean (outside). Desk was useful. Beds comfortable. Restaurant had good variety of options (takeaway) due to lockdown. Prices good even before Accor membership. Would be handy to have the menu added to the hotel info screen on the tv as it would reduce queueing when trying to socially distance. Exhaust fan system not really effective in the bathroom.

First time at hotel. Facilities all good. Stay was for between flights. Very close - 5 minute walk to domestic terminal. No noise from planes at all so perfect for travel purpose. Would suggest people walk over from airport to have meal as heaps better than airport food. M

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I would stay again.

Very pleasant stay, nice on-site restaurant. Helpful receptionist allowed us to check in a few hours early as room was available- much appreciated as we had had a long trip and needed a nap. Good view of airport made for an interesting stay. Effective light-blocking window blind. Comfy beds. About 5-10 minutes walk to domestic terminal. It was a bit puzzling when we arrived on the first day, to work out how to get to the hotel which was clearly visble across several lanes of roadways and fences. The direction signs are small and not well-placed. From the terminal you go up the escalator , heading for the railway station, look for the 'hotels" sign when you are near the station . Go past the station entrance and through the multi-storey car park, turning left when you are almost through the car park, then down a travelator, and along a walkway about 400 metres to the hotel. This is the only problem we found with this hotel. We had no car so I cannot comment on vehicular access. I would stay here again, as, if you are flying onwards from Brisbane, what is the point of staying in the city when you would have to get the ( expensive) train into the city lugging your bags with you, then out again the next day. We went into the city minus bags and did all the touristy things then out again to the Ibis at night to sleep. No worries about lugging bags through empty city streets early the next morning to the train, and the extra time that takes.

We were very pleased with the friendly service and advice we received from Ianeta upon check in and also on check out and suggestions to do in the afternoon. We found it very convenient to get to the airport with a short walk from the hotel

A perfect and relaxed way to start a holiday. Right next to the airport parking and terminal. Love the takeaway ‘room service’
