Todo perfecto. La habitación, el personal del hotel, la situación, las recomendaciones que nos hicieron .... volveremos sin duda.
Sitio muy acogedor, buena calidad precio pero se oye todo.
Wonderful lady at check in (owner?) who kindly let me drop my bags in the room early. The cleaning staff was lovely as well. The room was as nice as the photos. It felt fresh, clean and safe, although a little bit cold at night. There is street noise, so if you’re noise sensitive bring earplugs. Sadly the WiFi didn’t work. This was a problem because I have to work on my computer every night. I checked in during the morning and when I came back at night in the rain, it was hard to find. I ended up going to the wrong hotel in the same building. Although it was only 8:30 PM, there was no answer at the hotel emergency phone number, so I was locked out for a bit, which wasn’t ideal as it was raining, cold, and at night. The code to enter the hotel didn’t work, but the key did, so I managed to get back in. I’m not sure what happened because the lady clearly pointed at the keypad and pointed at the code given to me. (She didn’t speak English) I’d suggest trying the keys and code with the staff before you leave, to be sure you can get back in. If you get back to the hotel after the office closes, and have a problem, you could be locked out all night, if no one answers the phone. Overall a lovely place and nice room. Just be aware of the above issues.
Cute small hotel within one of those big old Florentine Pallazzos. Nice people, small but comfortable and inexpensive.
Excellent place to stay! Well located near the city center, very good service from the hosts, and a very nice room and bathroom! Thank you very much for such pleasant days in Florence!
The room is very nice and location as well. It is just 15min walking from City center. I would have rates better if the room would have been prepared against mosquitos from the first night. The first night was a nightmare and I talk about it with the lady who appears fly was aware of this problem in the whole Firenze. If it was so, I would have appreciate to be prepared for the first night The positive point is that just after talk about it, they solved it and second night was perfect!
A little bit of luxury for a very reasonable price. Staff are lovely.
The hotel was a bit hard to find as it has big wooden doors and doesn’t look like a hotel Going upstairs didn’t give you a good feeling; however our room was spacious and clean even though basic. The ladies English was not very good but she tried, they offered complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch but unfortunately it was bread and more bread and more bread. Very high in carbs, no fruit very little cereal option.
The room was perfect, the breakfast was great. The patio was very nice & the staff was very helpful
Friendly staff, great location. No shower! Just a tub and no shower
