4th time stopover
This was the fourth time stopping here to break our journey. The location is great, and although parking can be difficult we always find a place on a nearby street. With COVID19, the breakfast buffer arrangements had changed, and the hotel staff were on hand to ensure we have had all we needed. If I would change anything it would be to have some firm pillows on the bed

The staff was very helpful, went out of her way assisting me in finding car rentals. The breakfast featured a large variety of delicious things! The room was quiet and very clean. The Wifi was fast. The bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable. What more can a person want!

Decent size room. Nice and clean. Tea kettle is super convenient. Great shower with good water pressure and a clear drain. Great value for the money spent. Friendly staff. 10 minutes walk from the main train station.

The hotel is in a good location with plenty of free parking around. The staff were very polite. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options to choose from. The room itself was a letdown though. The bed was uncomfortable and after 3 nights my muscles were aching. The sound insulation was bad and you could hear people walking around, in other rooms and outside. You’ll struggle to get a good night in the room we stayed in.

Overall good experience
Overall OK experience. The good - clean room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast. The bad - no parking in the area, the enterance to the hotel requires passing through the smoking area of the hotel. If you are in Karlsruhe, with public transportation only, it's a fine place to stay.
