Squeaky clean, comfortable, quiet and secure. The ambiance was relaxing. Friendly, welcoming staff and the complimentary bicycles are a plus. Highly recommended and I will stay again when traveling to Puerto Morelos.

This property is wonderful. Immaculately clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have comfortable beds and many amenities. The location is great and close to the beach.

We loved how quiet and intimate this hotel was. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the linens and bed excellent. Guests will appreciate the attention to details! It is about a 10-15 walk to the town center/majority of restaurants but they provide bikes free to use. Parking is plentiful on the street.

This hotel had really good reviews so we decided to book even though there was only one smaller room left. The hotel lived up to the reviews and we plan to return but would want one of the larger suites with a full kitchen, good for longer stays. Our room had a great bed, and good air conditioning but as we wanted to eat most meals there it was a little crowded and dishes had to be done in the bathroom sink. We viewed the other rooms and they do live up to expectations, as well they have staff that are always busy but will take the time to greet you and make you feel at home. It is easy to meet other guests there and several we met had been coming for years, I'm sure we'll be back. They also like suggestions on how or where they can improve and are very open. Don't get me wrong on the room, it was comfortable and clean but a little cramped for a week long stay, had there been one of the larger rooms available our stay would have been perfect.
