First time in Portland and we couldn't have asked for a better B&B! Great communication and easy access for late arrivals. Well stocked with snacks/drinks and delicious breakfast options when you wake up. If you visit in the fall, hopefully you get to try the pumpkin spiced waffles, they were my favorite. The location was great and found no need for a car. We walked everywhere within 20 minutes. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable and well decorated. Staff was personable, warm and happy to provide local recommendations. We occupied the one room without an attached bathroom, so just be mindful when booking. Robes were provided and we had no issues, if bumping into other guests in a robe makes you uncomfortable, maybe opt for the more private room. Overall, fantastic experience, we enjoyed ourselves and the hospitality.

The Chadwick Hotel is very comfortable and cozy! The breakfast was especially delicious, and the kitchen is well stocked if you need a snack. There is also fast Wi-Fi and access to Netflix.

Beautiful Inn, clean, well maintained, fantastic amenities, top notch hospitality, relaxing environment. Will stay again.

The Chadwick is my first bed and breakfast and it was absolutely perfect. In the right location beside the hospital and we could come and go as we please. Aaron the hostess is amazing she's just an angel very personable, she is an amazing spirit. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful.

I love staying at the Chadwick! They have an adjustable thermostat in every room (I've stayed twice), soft bed sheets, beautifully redone bathrooms, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. I love that every room looks different and that there are always snacks and water available in the dining room. There's a beautiful large living room to relax in with a glass of wine in front of a fireplace while playing a board game, from the great game collection they have. The house is quiet and Erin the caretaker and chef always has a beautiful breakfast ready and something considerate and kind to say when she sees you. I travel a lot for work, and staying here makes me feel like I'm at home instead of just in a hotel room, every thing I may need is offered and the caretakers are some of the kindest people I've met. They once cleaned off my car after a big snow! I wish there was a Chadwick everywhere I went!
