Place was nice everyone was friendly and helpful. The only thing is that I out the sign out for our room to be cleaned and no one ever came. I had to speak to the front desk to at least get new towels and a roll of toilet paper cause we were there for 4 nights. Also the jetted tub in our room was out of service and it did not say that when I rented it. The WiFi kept going out throughout our whole stay. Our room wasn’t cleaned any of those days. Other than that it was a great location.

We had a wonderful stay. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous beach view from our balcony, where we loved watching the surf and the pier. This boutique hotel was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! It's absolutely adorable, clean, and has so much charm. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the beach, with the added bonus of included parking. One of my favorite perks was that the free trolley bus stops right across the street, making it incredibly easy to visit the outlet stores and explore the many nearby restaurants without worrying about driving. The hotel also has a beautiful common outdoor area that was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing with a meal after a day at the beach.

The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff was top notch. This resort is peaceful; all day breath stealing view. I never wanted to leave. It is the perfect place for a relaxing, charming, and tranquil stay. The town is also lovely. I found myself thinking am I moving here? This is now my happy place. To be very honest finding the place at night was difficult. Traveling solo parking and checking in was a bit tricky, I did not have cell service in my room the first night and the AC dripped forming a puddle in my floor the first night the exhaust fan didn’t work in the second room I stayed in. However rooms were pristinely clean, The property and the town were also well maintained for an older building. Typically you find little things you could improve about a stay, anywhere. Here it didn’t matter. The stay, the staff, and the resort itself, is everything one needs to relax and recharge. Liz the house keeper is an absolute gem. I appreciated her very much. I look forward to visiting again every month I can.

Be sure to read the fine print before booking this place. It is an old boutique hotel that is not in great shape. While the room was spacious with amazing views, the property left much to be desired. The lobby and bar/restaurant written in the description are permanently closed with paper covering the windows. The hotel sign is barely visible with a ripped awning over the entrance. You check in at a different hotel’s lobby a few buildings away. The parking is also in a separate building a block away. The maximum clearance in the garage is 6’4” which did not fit our SUV so we had to find alternate parking which was an absolute nightmare on a holiday weekend. Our room had a bathtub that they had added a shower fixture in the ceiling above, and then there was a shower curtain that you pulled around the bathtub. Not an actual shower and the water pressure was terrible. The view and convenience of location were the saving grace here, otherwise it would have been all around disappointing.

I really wanted to love this place. It is just steps away from my favorite beach. Between buckling flooring and holes in the cabinets it’s just felt run down. The beds and rooms were clean but it needs some work. Parking was also an issue if you have anything other than a small car you will not fit in the parking garage which is a block away. Again I wanted to love it but we were disappointed.

Could not get the TV to work. Porch lights are on all night. The curtains do not block it out all the way. Lots of stairs, be prepared for that. Otherwise, the location is fantastic. And even though we didn't use the beach towels and chairs, it was nice to know that we could.

The best thing was the view! ☀️and we had good weather. The room was clean but needed some touch-up paint. Our coffee was only regular (no decaf) but when we needed more supplies the “desk” at Sea Horse resort didn’t have clue where we could get what we needed. (As a side note she delivered expired packets) Something to really consider is the noise of the trains coming and going. It was noticeable but not a dealbreaker. We will stay again but these are things to consider. A trolley stop is in front of the hotel. Great parking.
