Amazing location, only a minute walk to the beach. Very close to the market, many bars, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was really flavourful and plenty, consists of Korean dishes and some basic western. Wifi was fantastic, staffs were helpful and we appreciated the free laundry machines. Bathroom looked odd and plasticky at first (similar to a cruise ship bathroom) but i didn’t have any issues with it, loved the rain shower head with superb water pressure. I’d imagine if you’re a large framed person, it maybe tight for you including the toilet.

The room was large, by Korean standards. It even had a small bathtub! We had a beautiful view of the beach, which was a short walk from our room. There was easy access to Gamcheon Village by bus. Breakfast had a large variety of hot, delicious foods.

The breakfast was definitely notable! It was quite busy, but the staff was amazing and it was really nice after breakfast was finished to see them all bow and we gave them a round of applause! Location is unmatched it’s so close to the beach literally a 30 second walk. They need to fix the elevator situation because you can wait upwards of 20 minutes just for the elevator to come. The logistics on the elevators is very bad and they are always full. I had to take the stairs most of the time and I was on the sixth floor. That meant even with my luggage I had to walk all the way down. There was a bit of un cleanliness in the shower but other than that very clean.

Hotel is ok for its price range. Good breakfast selections. Room quite tight. Bathroom is like one you'll find in a cruise ship. Really tiny. Front desk staff is awful. We're in our 70s. I asked if we could have extra pillows because we have a bit of discomfort when the pillows are not sufficiently elevated. The young lady at the front desk was hesitant. There is a young man, who was obviously more senior, was instructing her how to respond instead of just replying directly to me. She said the hotel only allowed one extra pillow per room. This is the first hotel that we have visited that declined this type of request.
