Excelente en todos los sentidos buen trato y disposicion de servicio

Todo súper limpio y en orden, excelente, mi único pero fue que reservé para poder usar alberca en mis terapias y estaba fuera de servicio, debería existir una manera de avisar esos imprevistos

I normally choose Hampton Inn because they’re always clean, comfortable, and well maintained - this one was the exception. The common areas had damaged light fixtures, and was poorly maintained, and our room had poorly repaired damage in the shower and bathroom floor. There were no luggage carts available and the clerk made no effort to locate one. Very disappointing!

I think the staff tried hard to do a good job here. The Spa was broken so this was a downer but the pool was open. The internet was horrible, we tried and tried to get on with multiple devices and it would just kick you off. On the upside even though this was New Mexico with overly restrictive covid rules we had a nice hot breakfast and the staff gave us a list of restaurants that were open for sit down seating which was nice. We had several hot cups of coffee from the breakfast lady that was nice.

Beautiful facility. New and clean. There were two exceptions. Jaime was phenomenal and very helpful. The over night guy that came in after him didn't even speak. Other than that elevator was clean and didn't have an odor, hallways clean, room clean EXCEPT the receiver end of the phone. You could clearly see skin/grease/yuck on the ear and mouth piece if you know what I mean. So housekeeping is NOT cleaning the unobvious which makes me wonder what else they didnt wipe especially considering COVID. I have OCD so my eyes see it ALL. Thankfully i travel with Lysol wipes and always wipe the room down from light switches to door/dresser knobs; from the thermostat thats always over looked and nasty to the curtain rod thing you use to pull the curtains back. Hot breakfast was served in the brown to go boxes (french toast, omelets, sausage you name it). Walls are paper thin and doors slam HARD if you're big on noise this may not be the place. Otherwise it served its purpose for our overnight stay come from Vegas headed to White Sands National Park THEN Texas (home sweet home)

The hotel was very old and my room smelled like a chain smoker had lived there and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The shower didn’t drain either. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent stay, very pleasing and comfortable.

Staying at the Hampton was enjoyable experience, very clean and comfortable . We were super tired from driving, so glad we took the opportunity to stop and rest.
