It served its purpose the beds were comfortable there was a couple of stains hidden in the wall the TV was old and small but it had cable the tubs were small but it had the shower handle.
Love the fact that dogs were allowed.
Will stay there again if I'm in Montreal area again.

Needs a refresh and bring your own drinking water
Pros: the fridge worked, as did the air conditioner. The towels were changed daily and the sheets were fresh and clean. No bugs! The yard was lovely with mature trees and it was quiet.
Cons: the water had a bad smell, so no drinking it and no coffee maker…
The room was tiny the beds were tight to the walls
There was only one electrical outlet in the room and it was behind the fridge
The room smelled of old cigarette smoke

The sheets were stained, and had fresh stains of what appeared to be blood. I have slept on softer rocks than this bed. The AC (though not needed in this visit) appeared to be taped into place.
Overall I was unable to get decent sleep due to the rock-hard bed, and felt gross with these sheets.
The woman working there was friendly, but didn't speak much French or English so communication was very tough.
This place is okay if you have literally no other options. It's overpriced for what you get and needs some serious work.
I don't remember the last time I stayed somewhere with a CRT television either.

needs a little ''update''
its a quick a affordable stay. Not to expect. 5 star Motel/hotel. Beds are stiff but clean. Bathroom was ok clean. ''sanitized'' as it says on the toilet seat as you walk in but room for improvement. Bath was siliconed quite a bit. Strong smell of ferrous water in the shower.
Lady got up at 3 am to help me with my stay! very appreciated.

Basic accommodation for reasonable price
It's basic accommodation at a reasonable price. Quiet neighbourhood about 10 min drive from the small city of Valleyfield. Will need a car to go to restaurants, Tim Horton's (a few kms up the road), etc. Pet friendly and good area to walk a dog. Wifi, tv and parking all included.
