The aesthetics in the hotel were very nice. Everything worked and staff were very friendly. Pasalubong right across the street. Was able to easily get tricycle to SM and jeepney to Kain nato restaurant. Only complaint was that the hotel was proactive in asking what time we wanted the airport shuttle, but then it was 11 minutes late and it made us nervous at the airport.

This hotel is very close to the airport, and shuttle service was excellent! Greeted with cool drink and washcloth upon arrival. Restaurant was very inexpensive with excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Hallways at floor level are not air-conditioned, and the noise from hallway and elevator was frequent in my room that was close to the elevator. ask for a room away from the elevator. I'd stay here again.

LJ and the other front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. They made sure that we made our van connection for a tour when things got communications with the trip director got complicated. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport so that's why we choose this accommodation, everything was going well until at check out they make you wait 5-10 min to check the room if something is damaged or missing, they told me some bedsheets where stained with what appears to be hair dye, nobody in our room dyes their hair, so they charged me 90 usd, no chance to prove they where wrong, having stayed in hotels all around the world this is definitely a scam, I have evidence in photography in case, I would not recommend staying here.
