Terrible experience
It was a very bad experience at every stage. We waited in line for a long time at the entrance. We were not informed enough about the facility. We had difficulty finding the room we would stay in. The luggage cabinets were too small, our luggage did not fit. When we entered the room, there were a few belongings of previous guests and no towels in the room. We talked about the situation, but 2 hours later the problem was still not solved. Finally, I went to the reception, which was very far from our room, and by speaking to another disinterested, sullen employee, we were able to get 4 small hand towels. We were literally disgraced in a place where we paid a lot of money to stay. The pools were mediocre, it was difficult to find empty sunbeds, food and drink were mediocre. You feel cold after getting out of the pool, the temperature is not enough. The radiators in the corridor as we entered the room were not working and it was very cold. We asked for a taxi at the check-out and they gave us a small piece of paper with 4 mobile phone numbers written on it. We searched and struggled to find a driver. It wasn't a holiday, it was a nightmare. I will never go there again. I also don't recommend it to anyone.

Expensive & Super low service level!!
All below can be summarised with: We got super bad service! We arrived late and were very tired, the man at the reception told us that we were late. But I asked why since they are open 24/7. He didn’t answer, and was simply very unprofessional and laughed. First we were given a dirty room on the first floor, with a not even flushed toilette. Super bad first impression. After returning to the reception, I was treated as if I was the problem and I even after I showed pictures that the room was in poor condition they were still joking in between themselves. If it was about me I don’t know. We paid the premium, but got the low budget welcome. Even if the swimming pools and environment were nice and fascinating, it is obvious that the upkeep and renovations should be prioritised much more. On some of the waterslides there were thick layers of green moss and mold which takes like a second to remove with a power-wash. In the mainhall the sunbeds were not available and I believe that there should be a limit in how many hours they can be left unattended. Only like 5% had people on them, and the rest were used as somewhere to keep their towels. All the food, drink and dessert options were very expensive. Sadly the bad first impression of the accommodation at Ohana ruined the overall experience. And a simple gesture of good service in the form of some free bowling or other for them not expensive compensation might have turned it all around.

Die Zimmer im Anbau waren "ok" - nicht mehr und nicht weniger.... Absolut daneben ist die Tatsache, dass es zwischen Toilette und Wohn- / Schlaufraum nur eine Glasscheibe gibt. Man sitzt also "auf dem Präsentierteller" - ob man will oder nicht.

Nicht mehr so wie es war…..
Wir haben zwei Tage gebucht da wir den Sauna gerne Abend bis spät in die nach genutzt haben. Das ist aber vorbei, ab 21:45 wird die Sauna geschlossen und die Pools dürfen auch nicht mehr genutzt werden. Genau das hat das Tropical meiner Meinung nach ausgemacht. Leider ist es vorbei und damit für mich nicht mehr interessant noch mal dort hin zu fahren. Wirklich sehr schade.

Wir kamen gestern um 15:30 Uhr an, es dauerte etwa eine Stunde, bis wir eincheckten. Das Zimmer war schön, aber es war sehr kalt. Leider waren die Heizungen nicht aktiv oder es gab keine, als wir morgens aufwachten. Nach dem Frühstück haben wir das Zimmer geräumt, sind zur Rezeption gegangen und haben gesagt, dass wir das Zimmer uns geben würden. Leider konnte ich den Namen der Dame dort nicht erfahren, sie sagte, dass wir das Zimmer und die Anlage heute nutzen könnten Sie sagten ihnen, dass Sie das Zimmer bis 10:00 Uhr räumen müssen, wie wir es in der E-Mail-Nachricht gesehen hatten, aber sie sagten uns, nein, sie würden zu diesem Zeitpunkt kommen, um das Zimmer zu reinigen, und teilten uns mit, dass sie das Zimmer reinigen würden, wenn Sie waren nicht im Zimmer, also gingen wir zurück ins Zimmer und waren mit unseren Sachen bis etwa 16:00 Uhr in der Einrichtung. Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, sahen wir, dass ein anderer Kunde vor dem Zimmer wartete Sie sagten, dass sie das Zimmer nicht betreten könnten, was eine falsche Information war. Das Personal an der Rezeption im (OHANA-)Gebäude hat uns problemlos geholfen Während wir in der Getränkeschlange warteten, waren wir an der Reihe, Getränke am Getränkeautomaten zu kaufen. Als er ankam, ging der Reinigungskraft plötzlich vor uns und schaltete den Getränkeautomaten aus, ohne etwas zu sagen. Normalerweise müsste er sagen, dass wir dort etwa eine halbe Stunde in der Getränkeschlange gewartet haben. Die Leute, die nach uns kam
