Grand View Motel

Great stay. The woman running it was awesome, I enjoyed her positive attitude. The room was just what we needed, nothing more, nothing less. The air conditioner wasn’t screwed into the outside wall very well so a large gaping hole was present. Didn’t bother us any. Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. We were delighted for the parking! Walls are thin and the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants but whatever- vacation, right?! We were so close to the beach, to great food and a short walk to the city center where all the action was. We would absolutely stay here again.

For Hampton Beach it was a great find. I would book it again!

False advertising. The room looked NOTHING like the pics.

Location is OK. But the room is filthy, full of bugs and spiders. The bed is not comfortable at all. Smells badly.

Hotel a bit older. Room was clean. Awesome view on the 3rd floor overlooking the ocean! Recommend requesting 2nd or 3rd floor for the view. Would go back!

I liked the overall service and hospitality. Thankful for quick check in and check out. Good location and lobby ocean view, not so much from the back building room ground floor. The one thing I noted which should be improved on is that there is no hair dryer in the room. Beach vacation with frequent hair bath to remove ocean sand and salt absolutely need to have rooms equipped with hairdryers. Bathroom lock of my room was not working. They did repair one of our 2 rooms booked but mine did not work and I was too rushed being the driver of a busy family vacation to report to them. There was no coffee or tea maker in the room. It would have been helpful to have those basic amenities given I had senior parents who had to keep walking to the coffee shop or the lobby patio while I carried coffee to them. These are basic amenities in beach motels I stayed at.

Such a cute little room with ocean views. The staff was very accommodating And nice. Lauren helped me locate the local stores and food. I would definitely come back again.

This was a WAY TOO HIGH priced room for what was offered! Crowded, and the Ac did not work good, the sliding doors were put out of commission, and the stairs were narrow to the second floor, and parking was way too tight! Won't stay again

It’s right across the street from the beach 🏖 The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable! Walking distance to everything! Very quiet part of Hampton Beach ❤️ We will be back !!
