Tahoe Seasons Resort by Diamond Resorts, Lago Tahoe sur

Hotel service was excellent, rooms were clean, amenities were amazing. Heated pool, hot tub, heavenly shuttle stop within walking distance, on-site bar/restaurant. Only cons were the not so hot water for a shower. Had maintenance come up, they seemed to think it was more than warm enough but it was not exactly comfortable to shower after a cold day on the slopes. Luckily the sauna and steam room made up for it. For the price would stay again though. Definitely a solid choice

The stay was amazing. The room had a jacuzzi, though jets didn't work, but it was huge and my kiddo had fun in it everyday. The outdoor heated pool n hottub were amazing as well. They also have a BBQ outside. One night we had a movie with popcorn which was nice. I had my wine with me as well, so I was happy. Other nights they had other activities like make your own jewelry or painting with someone leading it, though we were out n about. The day we were leaving outside was a lot of snow so right across the hotel is a forest and in there there was a long slope for as to use the sleds. Also, there is a ski lift very close to hotel wishecwe went there but nextctime. Overall it was a great hotel and we had a wonderful time.

Amazing ! Really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

I have been here several times in the past, but the room we had this time had some issues. 1. the sink in the bathroom wouldn't get hot water until a maintenance worker showed us that we needed to turn on the bath tub to increase low to get hot at the sink. Also, we had a clogged sink in the bathroom and the fireplace would not work. They also informed us upon arrival that we would be hearing fire alarm testing as well...

This hotel is okay. The foyer is very welcoming and updated. The staff is great. The rooms are comfortable but have an odd layout and need to be updated: each suite that my extended family stayed in had a small sitting room with sofabed, then a step up to the bathroom, then a step down to the kitchenette with booth and open to a nice bedroom. But there's only shutters to divide the spaces, even the weird big spa tub - which you have to climb into to take a shower! The other downside for us was the location, as it wasn't within walking distance of anything except a very nice trail and perhaps a ski hill but it was off-season We had to find transportation to go anywhere.
