THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN
I arrived at this property early but by 3pm they still had not given me a room. I comained to hotels.com and was eventually given a cheaper room than i paid for. The wifi did not work causing me to run up £50 in roaming charges. The hotel refused any compensation or refund. I certainly would not reccommend this terrible hotel

The location is good. I’m not sure about the other rooms, but the penthouse was bad. We were there in June 2019 and it felt like an oven the moment we got on the top floor. The bigger issue was the cleanliness of the room. It may have been spot-swept, but it certainly wasn’t mopped as I could see layers of dust on the floor. We didn’t complain as it was for only one night. The staff was friendly though.

Not very friendly staff, room was dated and they put us on the back when we went to view hotel they showed us a sea view room, which they said we could have but upon booking through your website said we had to have back room. Not one of your best !

Perfect choice based on it's price range
I am very glad that i ran into this hotel on expedia. Very good location, 3-4 min walking distance to city center. All rooms have a quite big balcony with 2 chairs. Hotel staff was very polite, rooms were super clean and modern (new decorated). PLUS.. even though my original purchased room was garden-view, hotel staff made a favor and gave me a sea view room without any additional cost. Highly recommended! The only downside is, the tv could have been bigger and has more channels.
