It was good n comfortable.

My room was small compared to the Lahore room. They where the exact same room description: executive king, but the size was much smaller

Best location. Great staff and services. Fast in room dining. Great buffet with local and international breakfast items galore. Enjoyed hot parathas and chana aloo with great tasting chai n lassi. Building is old and needs a reno. Some of the female front desk staff is very green and needs training in professionalism and competency. Loved complimentary airport personalized pick up and drop off. Everybody was taking Covid precautions seriously. Great stay overall.

The hotel has always been really good, i think they recently renovated as the rooms looked quite fresh. I was given a late check out without any additional charge by the reception. Strict covid SOPs in place

Property was dirty.rooms had misty Oder as it was not used for long time Carpets were dirty and has dust Beds also smells of dust esp pillows I developed cough due to allergy I hope they renovate and clean the hotel

Staff was very nice. Food was great. Service was excellent.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel, the beds were so narrow seemed like it was perfect for a young child. Pillows were in a very bad condition.called the housekeeping for iron waited 1 hours no one bothered bringing .

Executive lounge quite disappointing in terms of what food/snacks it offers. Staff could use more experience and professionalism. Rooms quite small by Asian/Middle East hotels. Bathrooms in particular are too cramped for comfort. Limited Free laundry for Executive rooms is welcomed. The cafe staff also need better training to ensure cutlery is laid out in full, plates are removed from tables in timely fashion, and attention is paid to what the guest ask for.

Surprising good property for such an old landmark. Service was great as was the breakfast and internet. Would recommend it for business as well as families

The overall stay was average. The hotel staff was nice in greeting but the service was extremely poor. Many times i had requested small items (like iron board, extra soap, pillows, water,...) and hours later i find that they had completely ignored or forgotten my request. Another major issue is that the walls do not stop the sounds to go to the nearby rooms and corridor. We could literally hear the toilet flush of our neighbor. Which is a pretty bad experience in terms of comfort. Also, early morning or afternoon, if there is any hammering or drill work in the hotel, we could hear huge noises which disturbed our rest. I would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone who is intending to have some peaceful nights and comfort.
