Vacation during Covid
We had a nice stay at the Sun & Surf Motel during our recent vacation at Hampton Beach. I would recommend with some advance guidelines. Due to Covid they do not clean rooms during your stay. You need to let them know if you need towels, sheets or other supplies. It’s a minor inconvenience and was not a problem for us. There is a coffee pot in the room but you need to bring your own coffee & filters. They keep the pool clean & the area around pool as well. It’s a short walk to the beach nearby. Overall decent room for the price.

It is a simple spot to stay at...but that's just what we needed. We rested in the quiet surroundings...but we're close enough to hit the noise and party scene up the street at the beach.

The owner was very kind . She even made it safe for my grandson sge put us in the back so peaceful back there. He lived the pool. The onky thing i found disappointing was there was no railing to use to get into the pool. But i fugured away . Trying to schedule for next year but it says they are already booked. I will have to call .

Great location to walk the beaches of North Hampton! Lovely hotel owner ready to address all your needed. Well equipped units with basic kitchen needs in mind. Clean and comfortable. We would return again!

This is my 3rd year coming here and this was the most disappointing. The tub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed all summer. If I walked barefoot in my room the bottom of my feet would get this black/dirty color to them. The air conditioner smelled like it was stuffed with old, moldy gym socks, so I barely could use it.
