The only 2 things that were positive were the maid(s) and the birthday wishes with the cake but unfortunately that isn't enough for us to even consider coming back to this hotel ever again.
Negatives are so many. The safe in the room they put us in didn't work properly due to low battery. We told them this 3 times. I asked the girls who do the morning shift to put it in the system and ask the technical staff to come and fix it later after we have come back from the city. Upon our return the guys (afternoon staff) had no idea what I was talking about. We asked them to send someone but no one came. We called multiple times and eventually no one came again which made us unnecessarily lose time. Finally, at a very late hour when our baby was already asleep they sent a guy who didn't come to fix or replace the battery but instead brought an extra safe.
The noise from the hallway, other rooms and traffic is incredibly loud. Soundproofing didn't exit. If the room below you uses the air conditioner it will be heard on your pillow as a constant drum n base sound.
We stayed for one week and in the midst of our stay they called us before 9 am and woke us up via phone. Said we needed to move rooms because of maintenance. My wife went down and asked to confirm if it's a 2 pm, they said yes. After packing for an hour, a lot of stuff because of the baby, I went down and was informed we don't have to move. No more space for negatives.
