My wife and I stayed here for one week. We originally thought it was closer to Barcelona than it actually is. But that wasn’t a problem as the nearby train station (4-5 blocks) is convenient and runs frequently. We did make the mistake of thinking all the return trains make all the same stops. They don’t, as we found out as our stop went right past us. We got off at the next station, waited less than ten minutes for the next train heading back which did make our stop. Lesson learned.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly and answered any and all questions about the area and how to get around. The breakfast buffet is superb, plentiful with breads, cheeses, fruits, and more.
The two issues I found is that the towels provided are of a poor quality. Not really thin but not plush either. They do dry and that is the important thing. The real issue is the spotty WiFi. It would not stay connected and wasn’t very fast when it did. If I had to depend on it for work, I wouldn’t be happy with it.
There are a lot of restaurants in the area so you won’t go hungry. The beach is just across the street. We didn’t use the pool though it did look inviting and felt warm enough to the touch.
