The hotel was newer and modern. The Hot tub was dirty and more like a bathtub. The breakfast was so disappointing and coffee was poor, if you could even call it coffee. So dissappointing.

The hotel itself was nice, updated, clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was good as well. 2 disappointments were the beds had only one full size pillow. The others were square, thick and very lumpy. Impossible to find a comfortable position. The worst most disappointing part was that after a 7 hour drive in snow and ice conditions we looked forward to some hot tub and pool time only to see a small sign posted at check in that the pool had been and would remain closed. Hotels.com had no note of this. This was very frustrating as we had already hauled all of our family’s things inside and it was already mid evening!!!
