Precisei avisar a administração, para trocar o lençol quando cheguei, pois estava amassado, parecendo de uso do hospede anterior, mas foram muito prestativos, trocaram a roupa de cama e fronhas dos travesseiros. Outro problema é que o hotel não oferece mais sabonetinhos em barra, que era muito importante , principalmente para o banho, agora só tem sabonete líquido. Outro probleminha é que não emitem comprovante da hospedagem, do que foi pago e do que foi gasto., não forneceram o check-out.
