Balcony room and amenities were nice, bed was comfortable and room was pretty clean. It’s right off the beach so a little sandy on the floors when we walked in but expected. Bathroom, showers need an update for sure. Can’t beat the view and the office staff was great, helpful and friendly. Breakfast in morning was just continental and coffee machine didn’t work but local area has amazing bakeries and places to eat so all was good!

The room was updated and did smell nice upon entering. The complimentary shampoo was empty and the jetted tub was gross because it was not being cleaned properly. I filled the tub and turned on the jets and black stuff and debris came out into the water. The building itself definitely needs some power washing and cleaning. The beach view was nice and being able to walk around to the beach was great.
