Bad even for how cheap it is.
I have stayed in low end cheaper hotels before but this was probably the worse. Hotel is in way worse shape than photos show. Rooms are in rough shape with burn marks on carpets and furniture. The room stunk of cigarettes and wet dog. Also, it is located right next to active train tracks so there is a train that goes by every few hours or so all day and night.

Giving their best effort.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The king bed had only two pillows. Three were needed and 4 is the usual in other Motels with King bed. The room had a pungent smell, perhaps the cleaning fluid used. The linoleum floor was really sticky, i would imagine from the cleaning fluid as well. Bed was quite firm, many may like it that firm but was too firm for us.

For the most part everything was clean and suitable. Only downfall was all the traffic on HWY 2. It gets loud when people think it is a race track. No fault of the owners. It was a place to stay warm, and relax.
