Ambra Cortina Luxury & Fashion Boutique Hotel

Hotel with bags of character in the centre of Cortina. Our room (21) was great but so so very noisy at night with a bar right next door and bottle being emptied late in the early hours. This is the sacrifice for a town centre hotel. Staff were excellent and charming. Breakfast was okay, wife was gluten free and half frozen croissant provided which was a shame. Need to offer more cooked though than just eggs/omelettes. Car park at hotel was tight but appreciated, the hotel has a quirky fashion theme which adds some colour to the hotel but slightly over played in its advertising. The drying room was great and allowed access to your car for loading up each day. Thanks for a memorable and pleasant stay

Friendly front desk... Awesome room... Luxury feel... Awesome view of the Dolomites... close to bus station... close to Cable car... experienced snow here in Cortina... excellent breakfast... will come again for Dolomites hike in the future

Lovely Hotel. Highly recommend it.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise during our 30 days in Italy. It is centrally located, and although it has an odd, lengthy name it is really a charming, well decorated, quiet hotel. Although the hotel has been around for a number of years, it has been fully updated recently. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and they will prepare eggs to your liking if you ask. Parking is on site.They greeted us with glasses of Prosecco which was a nice touch.

Very nice hotel. Room was small but plenty of storage space. Only negative is there is a recycling center behind the hotel and beginning at 6 am everyday people would drop of bottles for recycling which was very noisy.

Beautiful views and classy interior, staff were friendly and efficient.

High points were staff and location. We don't tend to make requests of staff but needed to multiple times here (a knife to take with us to cut cheese on a picnic, print out a document we needed, etc.) They were helpful and genuinely happy to help. We took the Cortina Express bus from Venice and the hotel is an easy 3 minute walk. It is also a 3-4 minute walk to the gondola to go up hiking or to rent bikes. And three minutes from the main street for restaurants and passagiata.. lots of breakfast choices
