Garden Hotel

Great breakfast but no tea or coffee available after breakfast which is odd, not even a machine. Single beds TINY! I have never experienced such a small bed in a hotel ever, couldn't turn over without falling out. Strange as the room was spacious, wonder if it was a children's room? Staff were very helpful but this is not really a hotel as no reception staff present after 8p.m. Accomodation very well located, 2 minute walk to Ubahn, 20 minutes to Airport and easy walking to Christmas markets and places of interest.

very nice and clean hotel. excellent location. good service. Tasty breakfast. Although reception is closed over night, you got your own key to the front main entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location - could walk anywhere in tve centre. Quiet and convenient. Wifi in room waa unreliable though worked well in the reception area. Few TV channels.

The property was hard to find . It has a very small marquee And the entrance is recessed. Trust the gps and look carefully!

This hotel is well located and the rooms and common areas are updated in decor. The breakfast was a nice addition, typical spread, no hot food. The gals in the restaurant were lovely, especially a little blonde lady who always offered a smile. I came from a similarly priced hotel in Krakow where the host was amazing in booking tours, suggesting restaurants and just helping me make the most of my experience so it just was not the same kind of service at this hotel. You have to ask for help. The biggest disappointment was the wifi...it didn’t work and would drop the connection all the time...had to keep entering the info...two codes, not easy to remember. They said it was my settings but I checked and it was not so. I travel all the time with absolutely no difficulty with regard to connecting to wifi, NONE ever. If you plan to work with your computer or need access to wifi this is NOT the hotel for you. Additionally, as a single I was put in a room on the bottom floor. It was hot in the evening and I was quite nervous to leave my window open as there were no bars on the window. As a result I closed my window and lost sleep with the heat.
