Hotel is nice, our receptionist was very nice and we enjoyed the hotel’s facilities. However, the following details were not what we were expecting:
No drinking water in the room: go to spar we were told.
Cleaning of the room. there is no daily cleaning, instead, it might be every other day.
Towels for the swimming pool: only available from 9-6 and upon giving €10 per towel as deposit. if you want fresh towels daily, expect to pay €3 for each towel and at the end, expect to be deducted €1 per towel for laundry services of your used towels.
It is not the amount what it bothers, rather the fact that this is not explained at the reception and a normal person going to an all inclusive hotel does not run with the wallet everywhere.
These details could’ve been explained at the reception upon the check in, and considering the current situation, perhaps would make sense to ask for the credit card to make these charges, instead of asking the customers to go back to their rooms and get the money.
Variety of food: meals are pretty much the same every day. Don’t expect many options and also, be early enough, the staff from restaurant seems to be on their nerves and pick up as soon as they can.
