Frustratingly ok
The staff and service were awesome. The room didn’t have a remote for the TV, so the front desk person had to bring up a new one after being swamped by check-ins. The thermostat had repeated errors, so the front desk person had to fix it. The room isn’t very sound proof, and I could hear every single person walking in and out of their rooms and walking down the hall. I was awaken at 3:30 am, and couldn’t go back to sleep.

Quiet with free breakfast
Needed room near Kaiser hospital. We were on the 3rd Floor. I'd stay here again when in Sac. Facility was quiet and CHP office was across the street. Easy access to fwy. Breakfast provided had hot and cold options. Every staff member we spoke with was professional and pleasant.

Good quick stay
Quick stay after family event. Room was comfortable and beds were good. FINALLY a room with lighter weight bedcovers. I have such a hard time sleeping with the too hot goose down that hotels always have. I appreciated that our room had cooler bedding. Parking lot was packed, but we found spots available. Elevator smelled like weed, but that is our society these days. Hotel cannot control what people smell like.

Hotels.com listing is misrepresenting this hotel. The bed was very springy and creaky, not a pillow top. There are no EV chargers at this location as stated. Doors/walls are paper thin so noise level is high and I was woken up multiple times overnight by other guests.
