The bed was extremely comfortable with a pillow top. A reverse cycle aircon unit heated the room quickly. The kitchenette and bathroom were both well maintained and spotless. The room size was large and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and professional. Check-in using Expedia was quick and no issues. I was on the ground floor with the single space carpark in front of the ground floor units. Checkout time was a little noisy with everyone leaving, but that is to be expected and only a minor thing. An overall great experience.

Well the fact after booking online and paying I get there and I’m rudely told that no I can’t have a room that they are under maintenance (yet no work happening there). And I still haven’t been refunded..a total disgrace left me $150 down in heat with all my luggage and no where else to go ..

We had no confirmation of the booking and therefore did not know the Mae if the motel. We were phoned at 7.45pm and Simon very rudely told us we were not able to come to the accommodation after 7.00pm and that we had to forfeit the accommodation.
