I felt my bed was ok but wifes comments are: The bed was worn and had a dip in it and the pillow was lumpy. Also, we could hear cars going by on the main road till about 12:30am. The breakfast was good. Also, whats with the bathrooms in iceland not having a fan?

The front desk is super helpful. The lovely young lady let us to check in before 11am while we were just trying to drop off our luggages. The location is great for us as our plan for the two days of stay is to go to blue lagoon and the golden cycle, and then catch a morning flight from KEF international airport. The gym is incredible. There is also a supermarket and a Thai restaurant just steps away. This place is kind of in the middle so I will have enough time to drive to all places. They also kindly packed breakfast for us as we were leaving prior to 7am.

This hotel was a great location to travel via rental car in either direction to explore Iceland. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were all willing to help us plan our daily activities based on weather and erupting volcanic activity. The facility was extremely clean.
