Maybe you’ll FINALLY get my message about my earlier request for a refund from the holiday inn express back over a week ago!!! Nothing has been responded too since my numerous requests. Since your last changes, as an operation, you have SUCKED! I used to be able to call hotels.com customer service and immediately take care of issues. It’s now impossible. I guess it’s time to switch to a different app for hotel booking . But then you probably wouldn’t notice because your customer relations are now non-existent

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were in town for a family reunion. I rented 3 rooms and they were clean and had plenty of towels. We got a small fruit basket at check in for each room. The breakfast was substantial and coffee, juice and cookies were available in the lobby all day. Before and after the reunion there were lots of kids playing in the heated pool and running into the lobby for snacks and towels. The staff just took it all in stride.

Very nice!
Returning home, I decided to take a different route, which brought me through the little town of Wheatland. After seeing some of the hotel prices in nearby Cheyenne, I decided to stop here instead. I'm glad I did. The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was tiny and maybe a little outdated, but everything worked. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and professional and I was given a gift basket upon check-in. Wow! There is also a pet area across the parking lot with some tables and chairs. The free breakfast offered a good selection of hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, omelettes) as well as cold items. Very impressed!

We were greeted by Christian, who was amazing. He made us feel very welcome, explained how things work at the hotel, and in general, he was the best front desk employee we've met during our 3 week trip! The room was comfortable and clean, comfy beds and a wonderful huge window looking towards Deadwood and the gorgeous Black Forest. In fairness, regarding the noise, there was a trike convention. It is about a mile from Deadwood proper. If you want to be in the middle of everything this isn't for you.. Recommend!
